Appointment Cancellation

Patients may request cancellation of an appointment by contacting our customer support team through phone, email, or other authorized communication channels.

Cancellation Before Service Commencement
  • Appointments cancelled before the scheduled sample collection, consultation, or diagnostic procedure may be eligible for a refund, subject to verification.
  • Any applicable payment gateway charges, bank charges, or administrative fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
Cancellation After Service Commencement
  • Once a sample has been collected, a diagnostic procedure has begun, or any service has been rendered, cancellation requests will generally not be accepted.
  • No refund shall be provided for services that have already been performed or completed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate payment made for the same service.
  • Payment deducted but appointment or service could not be scheduled due to technical issues.
  • Service unavailable due to operational constraints at Gagan Lab.
  • Incorrect excess payment received from the customer.

Refund requests must be supported by valid transaction details and proof of payment.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Completed pathology, radiology, imaging, or diagnostic services.
  • Delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
  • Incorrect information provided by the patient during booking.
  • Failure of the patient to attend the appointment without prior cancellation.
  • Dissatisfaction with diagnostic findings or medical outcomes.

To request a refund, patients may contact us with the following details:

  • Patient Name
  • Mobile Number
  • Transaction ID
  • Payment Date
  • Reason for Refund Request

Our team will review the request and may seek additional information where necessary.

Refund Processing Timeline

  • Eligible refund requests are typically reviewed within 3 to 5 business days.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
  • The actual credit of funds may depend upon the policies of the customer's bank, credit card issuer, UPI provider, or payment gateway.

Payment Gateway Transactions

All online payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. While we assist customers in resolving payment-related issues, Gagan Lab shall not be held responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, card networks, or other financial institutions.
