Gagan Pathology & Imaging Pvt Ltd. Ltd is committed to ensuring the accuracy and quality of its diagnoses.

All patients requiring appointments for scans involving nuclear medicine are required to make an appointment based on the availability of the radiopharmaceutical; the appointment details will be communicated to you.
Booking and Advance Policy
Appointments made through our system are tentative until we contact you to confirm based on actual availability; this ensures accurate scheduling and resource readiness.

Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the time-sensitive and high-cost nature of radiopharmaceuticals used in nuclear medicine studies, advances may be forfeited if appointments are missed or if cancellation is not received within the required timeframe.
Cancellation Timeline & Refund Eligibility:
18F-FDG or 18F-PSMA PET-CT Studies: Cancellations made before 8 PM one day prior are eligible for refund.
Refund Processing: Eligible refunds will be processed within 15 days via NEFT and UPI.
Report Release Policy
At Gagan Pathology & Imaging Pvt Ltd., we understand how important timely reports are for treatment decisions. Most routine blood tests and imaging results can be obtained within 24 hours of the performed test. However, certain specialised tests or pathology analyses require extensive scrutiny or special views.
Report Delivery Timeline:
  • 1. Routine blood Tests: Samples received before 2 PM report will be ready by 7 PM.
  • 2. Samples received after 2 PM report will be ready by 9 AM next day
  • 3. Specialised blood Tests: Next day after 9 AM
  • 4. Radiology Test (MRI.CT, PET CT, XRAY, USG) Within 24 hours of the performed test
  • The time taken to deliver a report depends on the type of test. In the event of a delay, our team makes sure patients stay updated every step of the way.
